Everything you need to know about our mobile detailing services.
General Questions
Will you come to me? +
Yes we do! We are mobile based, fully equipped to clean & transform your vehicle at your convenience. We service Spring, Tomball, Woodlands, Katy, Cypress, Galleria, Downtown, and surrounding cities. We come out to any location that is convenient for you — work, the mall, in class, literally anywhere with some space to work.
Do you need access to water or power? +
No — our van comes fully equipped with a water tank, electricity, and all professional grade tools needed to serve all your detailing needs. You don't need to provide anything.
Do I have to be present the whole time? +
Absolutely not! We have serviced a ton of clients that just leave the vehicle unlocked for us or leave the keys somewhere. The beauty of a mobile service is the freedom you have while we bring your car back to life.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Zelle, Cash App, checks, and of course cash.
Do I pay before or after the service? +

Yes we do! Contact us for details on multi-vehicle pricing.
Prices & Packages
What is the final price of my detail? +
The simple answer is it depends on the overall condition of your vehicle. When our technicians arrive for your appointment, they will inspect your entire vehicle and based on condition + size determine the final price. Every car condition is different. For an accurate price you can send us pictures of your interior and exterior.
How do I know what package is right for me? +
If your vehicle is fairly new and the interior isn't bad, we recommend our Cheapskate package — a quick but thorough clean. If your vehicle is fairly dirty and hasn't been cleaned in a while, go with the Middle Class package for a complete face lift. If you have kids causing messes or want that new car feeling, our Upper Class detail is the way to go — it's our most booked for a reason. For vehicles in terrible shape with heavy stains, food spills, and neglected paint, our 1% package is the ultimate restoration — your car will look like it has 0 miles on it (seriously).
Why is it so expensive? +
We take pride in spending as much time needed to give you the results you deserve. Our technicians go above and beyond to make you fall in love with your vehicle. If you're looking for a cheap, quick detail we aren't the right fit. If you're looking for perfection and wanting your car to look new again, you came to the right place. Our details also last a long time — since we get into every crack and crevice it takes a while for your vehicle to get completely dirty again.
How long does a full detail take? +
The average time for a full detail can take anywhere from 2-3 hours depending on condition. In some cases we have had vehicles take 4-5 hours. This will be communicated with you after we inspect your vehicle before cleaning.
Wash & Wax
Does the wash & wax remove scratches? +
Because we use an all-in-one wax, this process can remove very light scratches and fill them in. The main purpose of this package isn't to remove scratches from your paint — for that, check out our paint correction services.
How long does the wax last? +
This depends on how you store your vehicle. If it's kept in the garage for the most part then you can get about 4-6 months out of your wax. If your vehicle is kept outside in the sun you can get about 2-3 months. With proper care, 6 months is usually how long your paint stays protected.
What kind of hand wax do you use? +
We use waxes from all the major brands such as Chemical Guys, CarPro, Meguiar's, and Shine Supply. The kind of wax we use depends on the vehicle we are working on.
How long does this process take? +
This process should take anywhere from 2-3 hours. The time depends on the vehicle's condition, how dirty the rims are, excessive bugs, etc.
Full Interior Detail
Will my car be wet when you're done? +
Your vehicle will be about 85-90% dry by the time we finish. On a really sunny day your vehicle will be completely dry when we're done. In some cases you may need to let it dry for about 15-30 minutes after the detail is complete.
Do you remove the seats? +
Unfortunately as of right now we do not take the seats out due to safety concerns regarding the airbags. But we do clean and can reach all the tight spaces in your vehicle — we use our air compressor to blow dirt out of hard to reach places then vacuum it all up.
Will my car smell like chemicals when you are done? +
Absolutely not! We only use hot water to remove the shampoo pre-sprayed on your seats. We remove 100% of the solution used. Along with the steam, this process leaves your vehicle smelling new again.
Can you remove every stain? +
Due to the nature of stains and materials, some stains will come out better than others. With our experience and professional grade tools we can handle most conditions. Some stains won't come out all the way but they will definitely look better than before your appointment.
How long does the interior take? +
About 2-3 hours on average. In some cases 4-6 hours depending on the condition of your interior. We can give an estimated ETA after reviewing the vehicle's condition.
Deep Cleaning
How long will it take for my seats to dry? +
Your seats are about 90% dry by the time we finish cleaning them. On a really sunny day they will be 100% dry by the time we finish with your vehicle.
Will this process get rid of the smoke smell? +
No, it will not fully eliminate the smoke smell but it will make your car smell way better. For heavy smell removal we recommend our odor removal service.
Will you come out for just my seats? +
Unfortunately we do not come out for just your car seats — you will need to book our full interior service. However, we do come out for couches, mattresses, and carpet cleaning.
Paint Correction
What's the difference between 1-step polishing and 2-step correction? +
The main difference is the result. A 2-step paint correction can remove up to 90% of scratches/swirls. A 1-step is mainly for vehicle paint that isn't that bad and doesn't need a full correction. The price is also different because a 2-step takes a lot longer and produces better results. With the average vehicle a 1-step gets the job done — it all depends on the kind of results you want.
How long does a paint polishing take? +
The time varies based on how bad your paint condition is and how big the vehicle is. Anywhere from 4-8 hours in some extreme cases.
How long do the results last? +
It all depends on the upkeep of your vehicle. We always recommend proper hand washing that minimizes the chances of your paint getting scratches. If you choose to run it through a tunnel car wash, in a few weeks you will be back to square one all over again.
Do you offer ceramic coating? +
Yes we do! Ceramic coating is a great addition to a service like this. It provides long-lasting protection after we remove the scratches.
Can you do this mobile? +
Absolutely! If you have a space in your garage that would be a plus, but if not we can still get the job done. We also have a tent for outdoor setups.
